Buick A C Vacuum Diaphragm
The material appears to be 2 ply rubber/cloth mesh reinforced about 0... diaphram that operates the throttle linkage..015 inch thick. .. I need both vacuum diaphragms and the high pressure discharge hose that goes from the compressor to the condenser. You can manually check each vacuum diaphragm by pressing on the back side to move it and be sure the airflow diverts to the right outlets.I found a Buick guy in Tulsa so I took my `64 in to see what he thinks about getting the AC fixed.

The water thermo switch was installed directly into one heater hose in the engine bay and it& ... He told . A test for this is to check by taking off the sound panels under the dash on driver side and looking up to find the blue vacuum line to the diaphragm. Will be ordering a new kit& .

There is an& . connector on the corner of the programmer that`s collapsing and sucking shut blocking vacuum to the blue hose that goes the AC diaphragm over on the driver`s side OR you have a defective vacuum diaphragm motor..
